HOOPS TRAINING Summer Series 2017

Four consecutive weeks of 2 Group Skill Workouts per week
in Waconia, MN

Groups will have a maximum of 18 athletes (a minimum of 6 needed for
the session to run)
with an advanced skill curriculum focusing on:

-shooting form and footwork
-finishing and initiating contact to go up strong
-quickness & jumping stations
-ball-handling (getting separation, changing speeds, building up weak hand)
-individual and team defense concepts
-pivoting and passing (more footwork!)
-posting up/post moves/feeding the post
-ball screen reads and usage
-some 2on2, 3on3, 5on5 scrimmaging to emphasize the drill concepts

SUMMER SERIES workouts will be led by Coach Andrew Dahl.  Assistant
coaches/trainers will be added if there are over 10 sign-ups per age group.

Athletes from all communities are welcome to attend!

Cost Per Athlete:

$145.00 if attending 6 or fewer of the 8 sessions

BOTH Session #1 and #2 (JULY & AUGUST)

Training Curriculum for Session #2 will build off the skills and concepts worked on in Session #1, but not
mandatory to attend Session #1 in order to be in Session #2.

Payments will be collected (checks payable to Hoops Training, Cash, or Credit
Card thru PayPal) on the first day.
